General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions govern the booking of tourist accommodation marketed through www.bbarcelonaapartments.com. Completing a booking implies express acceptance of these conditions.
Identification of the accommodation provider. The apartments marketed through this website belong to different owner companies. Balsells Zaragoza Gestio SL (Tax ID B61525275) manages the marketing and guest services on behalf of those owners. Before confirming each booking, the owner company of the reserved accommodation will be identified, as it will be the contracting party for the accommodation service:
Apartments in the Sagrada Familia Flats building (property 10): Balsag Project SL (Tax ID B65699852). C/ Provença 529, Baixos, 08025, Barcelona.
Apartments in the Gaudí Flats building (property 11): Cap a Puestu SL (Tax ID B64405251). C/ Brusi 39, 20, 08006, Barcelona.
All other apartments: Balsells Zaragoza Gestio SL (Tax ID B61525275).
Booking process. The booking is completed through the booking engine. Once finalised, the guest will receive an email confirmation with the accommodation details, dates, amount and the contracting owner company.
Payment. Payment for each booking is made directly through the payment gateway of the owner company of the reserved accommodation. The amount paid by the guest is received directly by the company owning the reserved apartment, and not through a single centralised account or gateway. Balsells Zaragoza Gestio SL invoices its management services separately to each owner company, without this affecting the price paid by the guest.
Prices and taxes. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The tourist tax of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the local municipality, where applicable, will be applied in accordance with current regulations.
Cancellation policy. The cancellation conditions applicable to each booking will be displayed during the booking process and will appear in the confirmation. Unless otherwise indicated, the conditions of the rate selected by the guest shall apply.
Security deposit. A security deposit or guarantee may be required to cover possible damages, which will be returned after check-out once the condition of the accommodation has been verified, in accordance with the conditions communicated at the time of booking.
Check-in and check-out. Check-in and check-out times will be communicated in the booking confirmation. The guest must respect the maximum number of occupants and the rules of use of the accommodation.
Traveller registration. In compliance with current regulations, the guest must provide identification details for all occupants for mandatory reporting to the competent authorities.
Liability. The owner company of the accommodation is responsible for the proper provision of the accommodation service. Balsells is responsible for the management and guest services it provides on behalf of the owner.
Applicable law. These conditions are governed by Spanish law and the applicable regional regulations on tourist accommodation.
