When a guest books accommodation owned by Balsag Project SL (Sagrada Familia Flats building, property 10) or Cap a Puestu SL (Gaudí Flats building, property 11), those companies act as data controllers in respect of the guest's personal data. Balsells Zaragoza Gestio SL processes such data solely as a data processor, exclusively to provide marketing, booking management and guest services on behalf of the owner, pursuant to a data processing agreement entered into under Article 28 of the GDPR. Balsells does not use guest data for its own purposes other than those instructed by the controller, unless the guest gives separate consent (e.g. to receive commercial communications from BBarcelona Apartments).
